I first met Cathy through an NHS prescribed therapy course which took place in-person in West London. After that course ended, I chose to continue working with Cathy online, and had weekly sessions on Zoom for two years. Cathy is a fantastic therapist - warm, kind, supportive and encouraging - and we were able to work through a number of issues that I had been struggling with for many years. I looked forward to each weekly session, and found both short term release of stress and anxiety and a long term rediscovery of self-belief and confidence.
