At Cathy Orchard Psychotherapy I offer a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can make sense of where you are, navigate challenges and heal from past wounds. We will work together to improve your mental health, and empower you to move comfortably into the fulfilling life you want to live.
I believe that each person contains within them the potential for growth and transformation. I aim to facilitate this by creating a nurturing, supportive therapeutic environment and relationship in which we connect, to create growth and transformation. This provides an opportunity to ask any questions you have, to outline what you are looking for and to experience how I respond to you. You will get a feeling of what it might be like to sit in a room with me, and whether that is a next step you would like to take. I will get a sense of how I could help you, and whether my service is suitable for you. From there you can decide whether to proceed to the next stage and book an initial consultation.
